MANUFACTURING
Our products range. from components as well as assemblies of 250 kg up to 16 tons tov welded parts, further options upon request. We mainly process materials in the grades S355 and S235 and the material grades S690QL and S690QL1, furthermore special steels on request e.g. gearbox housings, frame constructions, and gear wheels.
QUALITY
Our company holds the manufacturer's qualification EN 1090-1-2 and ISO 3834-2, and is authorized to restamp materials in the course of further processing. Our company is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and all welders are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 (MAG + TIG).
INSPECTIONS
In-house inspectors can perform non-destructive inspections such as VT and MT. All inspectors are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9712. External testing laboratories support us with additional required tests.
