Our company has been in possession of an annealing furnace since 1994.
Stress relief annealing is performed every working day, both for our own production and for contract annealing.
The components are weighed on a calibrated scale. Each annealing operation is documented.
The annealing furnace is regularly calibrated as planned.
The workpieces are heated slowly and evenly to e.g. 580 °C (program as well as material thicknesses dependent).
This is followed by a slow, controlled, and uniform cooling phase, which takes place while still in the annealing furnace without any significant change to the present material properties.
